We took the initiative to create a green park in the heart of Kathmandu along with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) and the local development community. The park has become the lungs of the area and has helped people to breathe fresh air at times of hazardous levels of air pollution and respiratory illnesses in the city.  The park has improved the natural beautification of the city and has come as a welcome relief for locals and their kids to freshen their minds and spend time outdoors in an otherwise almost concrete jungle. It  has helped in greening the city as a destination. The cleaner, fresher air for citizens and tourists helps to support pleasant and improved weather conditions around the area to further enhance and promote tourism in the city.
